Приснилось вампириха, которая прошла сквозь стену и хотела меня кусать. А я зачемто наврал ей что я древний видящий и вообще девушку так запугал и сам чуть не укусил, что она позеленла и исчезла... И где мне искать склейку?:)

Я во сне словила ощущение ОСа, т.е. этакий подъём, который быввает, когда проснешься и осознаешь, что у тебя во сне случилрось ОС.

В этом сне я шла по коридору и радостно сообщала всем, что у меня был полный сон ОСов, то бишь надо думать всем спрайтам. Теперь небольшая заминка, как это и с чем склеить:)

Найти сцену реала в сюжетах пока не получается, но хочу обратить внимание всех на такой интересный момент, как “дежавю“. При выполнениии 4-го упражнения у меня участились эти ощущения в реале, когда понимаешь, что гд/p/pMsoNormalp class=е-то уже была эта ситуация, которая происходит в данный момент. Тот же звук, разговор, так же люди прошли и так же подумал, что где-то это уже было. Я думаю это тоже относится к склейкам. Вы как считаете?

zeror,субъективно, вряд ли количество ощущений дежавю зависит от данной ситуации. У меня,например, эти ощущения присутствуют систематически и постоянно на протяжении всей жизни.

имхо, это похоже на “склейку“. впрочем, четких критериев нет и они вряд ли появятся. ибо кажется мне, что никто точно не скажет как “правильно“ :(.

хотя это и не повод грустить. ведь точно также никто не скажет, что “неправильно“ :))).

I have again nothing to report. Both times i did the practice (last night and today morning) i just fell in such a deep sleep and i don“t remember a thing. I think i found a too comfortable position.

I did this: lately i have started doing a bit of yoga, and there is this series of exercises that are very easy and they have a circular progression. And i decided to do them with my eyes closed, observing the interface. Immediately i saw the moving tunnel and the pulsating ring, i also saw indicators. As if i was doing the practice lying down at my bed.

And it seemed to me that the shapes on the interface also kind of changed according to the position of the body. I will continue doing this and observe better.

This specific movement of the fingers represented, in our game (taught by our mothers) , a little spider, a little spider moving upwards.

Concerning out practice and what is correct and what is not.

My personal opinion is this: correct is what it “feels“ correct.

We are bridging dreams here.

How do we know if we are doing it right?

it“s simple: the moment we find our “dream“ (the image we saw, or something that resembles our interface or anything else you have reported) in the “real“ world, then this moment we have the “feeling“ of being aware in a dream, our “real“ world, becomes a lucid dream for a moment (or for longer..). And this moment we have bridged a dream)) we have created... something like a gate, between the worlds. And this moment has.. great potential.

This is just my personal opinion.
