Elves in the City” — a novel by Yevgeniya Malchuzhenko, “As Far as Happiness is Concerned (Leaving to Die)” — a tale by Marya Boteva, “The Entropy” — a tale by Marianna Geyde, as well as a tale by Linor Goralik “Says:”. The poetry section of this issue is made up of the new poems by Anya Logvinova, Vladimir Bogomyakov, Nata Suchkova and Aleksander Pereverzin.

The sectional offerings are as follows:

Close and Distant:“The Dignitary and the Poet”, an article where Victor Yesipov dwells on the background of the conflict between Aleksander Pushkin and count M. Vorontsov.

Heritage:“The Same Old Dispute” — a letter on Solzhenitsyn by the well-known literary person Lidiya Chukovskaya to the poet David Samoylov — published for the first time.

Comments:“The True Incident Event and a Trite Soviet Plot” — an article by Alla Latynina comparing the two author versions of Solzhenitsyn’s novel “The First Circle” in connection with the TV drama series based on it.
