He was growing more and more excited, and this alarmed me for my father, who was very low that day, and needed quiet; besides, I was reassured by the doctor, and rather offended by the offer of a bribe’s words, now quoted to me.

“I want none of your money (мне не нужны ваши деньги),” said I, “but what you owe my father (кроме /того/, что вы задолжали моему отцу; to owe — быть обязанным, задолжать). I’ll get you one glass, and no more (я принесу вам один стакан, и не более; to get — доставать, приносить, получить).”

); and I’ll trick ’em again (и я проведу их снова). I’m not afraid on ’em (я не боюсь их).
